Division Manager

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Northern British Columbia division as Division Manager. Reporting to the VP of Operations - BC, this role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability in a multi-branch environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual budgets for branches within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability across all departments, including whole goods, parts, service, and administration.
- Asset Management: Achieve asset management goals, protect company assets, and maintain the right inventory mix to meet sales and market share objectives.
- Leadership and Development: Foster a motivated and successful workforce by managing and developing all employees within the division.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish targets for managers and evaluate their performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Share: Achieve market share goals to ensure long-term success for our manufacturer and the company.
- Feedback and Input: Provide feedback and input on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Account Receivables: Manage division account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services.
- Branch Presence: Maintain an ongoing presence at assigned branches to provide leadership and supervision.
- Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers to drive business growth.
- Events and Engagement: Coordinate and participate in events, including customer fly-ins, open-houses, recruitment events, and more.
