Job Summary

Raise Workforce is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our client's Heavy Equipment parts and service shop in Prince George, BC. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales representatives and service personnel, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Create and maintain an accurate and realistic branch budget, develop short and long-term store business plans, and manage a sales representative to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Parts and Customer Service people, focusing on best-in-class customer service, improved business processes, and hands-on involvement.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high-quality customer experience in their own sales territory, calling on customers, and looking for new sales opportunities.
  • Human Resources: Deal with branch human resource issues, ensuring employees comply with company policies.
  • Product Introduction: Work with senior management on the introduction of new product lines.
  • Technical Support: Work closely with the General Manager of Service on all technical, service, and warranty issues.
  • Financial Management: Full P&L responsibilities, including expense and bottom-line management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of managing experience
  • Ability to build and maintain a good work environment, representing the company's best interests
  • 3 years of experience in sales and customer pay
  • Strong knowledge in heavy equipment parts
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Perfect safety record
  • Hands-on operation
