Production Worker, Kitting and Assembly Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Production Worker, Kitting and Assembly to join our team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will perform various production and assembly duties throughout the department, reporting to the Supervisor, Kitting/Assembly. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock work stations and review work orders to ensure efficient production.
- Report material shortages and mark, record, and report defects.
- Operate measuring instruments and read assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
- Assemble parts and components together using hand and power tools.
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Perform other kitting and assembly duties as required.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
