Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Rock Country GMC. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments to maintain expertise
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
