Recognized as one of the leading employers in Canada, we prioritize creating an accessible, diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Coordination of Monitoring Activities

  • Oversee the distribution of tasks among Personalized Monitoring Management staff, ensuring equitable workload assignments based on case complexity.

  • Compile and maintain reports in accordance with CRC standards utilizing relevant systems and tools.
  • Offer continuous feedback on the performance of Personalized Monitoring Management staff.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A college diploma in a relevant field along with two to four years of experience in customer service, personalized monitoring management, disaster recovery, or health services. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge or experience in customer service, disaster recovery, emergency management, community development, social work, or psychology; experience in emergency situations is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in supervising multiple team members is essential.

Working Conditions:

  • Most work will be conducted in a clean and comfortable environment.
  • The selected candidate may be required to work in disaster-stricken areas and in challenging, unstable conditions, interacting with vulnerable populations. This fast-paced, stressful environment often presents limited information for decision-making and can affect the physical and psychological well-being of staff in the field.
  • Health and safety protocols will be outlined prior to field assignments.
  • The chosen individual must be prepared to work outside regular hours, including late evenings or weekends, and to work extended hours in demanding situations.
  • Willingness to be on call as per the established schedule is necessary.
  • Participation in community interventions (minimum three days) and external community work (minimum ten days) is required.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is essential; we encourage all qualified individuals who can work in Canada to apply. Candidates who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents should review their visa status to confirm eligibility for the position.
