Swing Manager

GIAANSH MANAGEMENT LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to ensure that work schedules are met, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our culinary team has the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and select high-quality candidates to join our food service team, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service department operates efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management, providing updates on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring that our food service team is well-organized and productive.
- Order Materials and Stock: Source and procure high-quality materials and stock, ensuring that our culinary team has the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure Adherence to Safety Regulations: Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, ensuring that our food service team operates in a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding
