Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the produce department team to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that produce displays are visually appealing and well-stocked to meet customer expectations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
