Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging, including written, visual, and multimedia materials.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and manage our social media platforms and website, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Event Marketing: Design and develop event websites and microsites using WordPress and other platforms, and manage the online peer-to-peer fundraising platform.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling stories about the impact of donor contributions and the hospital's needs to inspire action and giving.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify fundraising campaigns, ideas, and initiatives through communication and marketing tactics.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and performance reports to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in a non-profit environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and current/emerging technology, as well as experience creating content for and managing corporate social media channels.
  • Education: Completion of a post-secondary degree program in Marketing or Communications or a related discipline.
