Job Title: Intermediate GIS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate GIS Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our corporate GIS team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the development and implementation of GIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist leadership in identifying GIS program enhancements and efficiencies
  • Manage and provision of Orthophotography, Oblique Imagery, and LiDAR acquisition programs
  • Manage ESRI, SAFE, and related enterprise agreements
  • Develop strategic plans for data delivery and business intelligence
  • Provide coordination of project delivery and service requests
  • Support GIS staff through mentoring and guidance on procedural and operational issues
  • Develop complex web applications based on business unit requirements
  • Assist in the maintenance and development of automated FME and Python data processes
  • Develop documentation of current processes and integrations
  • Expand and streamline Opendata program utilizing the ESRI cloud platform
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years experience working as a GIS Analyst
  • Experience creating Product Improvement Roadmap Plans and Product Lifecycle Plans
  • Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise programming languages such as Arcade and Model Builder
  • Experience with all ArcGIS Enterprise Components
  • Experience with FME Flow, FME Form, and product lifecycles
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, geomatics, environmental science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, PHP, Python
