Team Collaboration This role is based on-site, and we seek individuals who are committed to our mission.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage over 120 customer inquiries daily via phone and email regarding overdue account balances.
- Assess and determine the necessary escalation for overdue collections accounts.
- Recognize high-risk accounts and inform management accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree in business is preferred. This position is ideal for recent graduates.
- Bilingual (English / French) – proficient in both spoken and written communication.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a business-to-business setting is advantageous. Previous call center or collections experience is beneficial.
