Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 16095593 CANADA INC.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
