Axiata Digital Advertising SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Industrial Products Program Specialist to enhance our operations within the Industrial Products Program (IPP) team.

The IPP division is tasked with the distribution of eggs from Canadian producers to the industrial products sector across the nation when they are not required for direct consumer sales. The IPP Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the daily functions of the IPP and will report directly to the IPP Manager.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who possess strong customer service skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the IPP unit in managing supply chain logistics, including the distribution of products and materials across the country from grading facilities to processing centers.
  • Maintain effective communication with industry partners and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with program partners.
  • Support the daily operations of the Industrial Products Program.
  • Analyze data and generate reports as required for the IPP unit or other departments.
  • Engage daily with Third Party Verification (TPV) Services.
  • In partnership with the Supervisor, IPP, develop, implement, and uphold TPV program protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies at processing facilities.
  • Assist in managing the Industrial Product Release Tracking (IPRT) program.
  • Travel as necessary to foster relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Conduct project management tasks as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Logistics Specialist, IPP.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of business management practices and current trends.
  • Proficient in business writing and communication.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Aptitude for learning and utilizing various software platforms.
  • Ability to identify and propose initiatives for program enhancements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree or college diploma, along with relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or data management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with applications such as Tableau, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
