Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless execution of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that all food and service meet high quality and safety standards, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
