Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination for a senior executive within our Technology & Operations division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive you will assist.
  • Efficiently manage and organize calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate the organization of both virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
  • Prepare and compile presentation materials, reports, and meeting agendas as required, ensuring all relevant information is accessible.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the executive and their team.
  • Collaborate with fellow executive assistants to streamline meeting planning and event coordination, providing support during absences.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in executive administration or chief of staff roles, supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of the banking and technology sectors.
