Job Title: Organizational Change Management Specialist

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our Learning and Organizational Development division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving transformational change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on change management best practices
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans to ensure effective change management
  • Monitor and report on change management progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary training or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years of progressively related experience developing and executing change strategies
  • Proven track record of driving transformational change in a complex organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
