Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and coordinate their activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless delivery operations.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Criminal record check and valid driver's license required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
