Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Aurora, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our database of properties and assets, coordinating facility and asset management tasks, and supporting procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties and assets
- Coordinate facility and asset management tasks, including maintenance and repairs
- Support procurement processes, including purchasing and inventory management
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective operations and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, finance, or procurement
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in community-based or non-profit organizations is an asset
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
