Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Collaborating with partner business units and suppliers to streamline the procurement process for products essential for cloud infrastructure, including generating Purchase Orders;
  • Working alongside Operations and Product teams to verify product specifications, secure price quotes, and obtain necessary approvals;
  • Engaging with vendors, end users, and internal departments to assess products based on cost, quality, support, and availability, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints;
  • Monitoring and tracking purchases from order initiation to delivery, keeping records updated and informing relevant stakeholders about order statuses, including shipping dates and potential delays;
  • Overseeing minimum inventory levels to maintain adequate stock;
  • Managing all software subscriptions/licenses related to cloud operations, ensuring timely and efficient renewals;
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

What Distinguishes You:

  • A College Diploma (D.E.C or A.E.C.) with a minimum of two years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related administrative position;
  • Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously;
  • High level of discretion and the ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment that necessitates frequent interaction with various departments and vendors;
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
  • Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records, oversee inventory levels, and ensure proper allocation of deliveries.
