About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our Western Canada region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Market Analysis and Research
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Generate and qualify sales leads, and continuously follow up to close deals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales quotas and key performance objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Estimating, and Proposals, to develop solutions for clients and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Communication and Presentation
    • Deliver presentations to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
    • Build awareness of our company's offerings and represent us in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Produce regular reports to management on prospect leads and current activity.
    • Update and log customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the general Oil & Gas services sector and specifically in oilfields rentals or workforce accommodations.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with a flexible work schedule, potentially requiring work on evenings and weekends.
  • Regular travel to various site locations.
