We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alaa Immigration Services. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our immigration consulting firm by providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing our database.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management
    • Manage our office supplies, maintain our inventory, and ensure our office is well-organized and efficient.
    • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
    • Assist with preparing and sending documents, reports, and other materials to our clients.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
    • Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems and database management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
