About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and transformation.


Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform administrative tasks in epos console

• Possess knowledge of Trellis Endpoint Security

• Coordinate with product vendors to ensure seamless integration

• Create and present reports on a regular basis

• Manage platform management below tools & technologies, including patch, upgrade, and maintenance activities

• Utilize Rapid7 Insight VMB, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM, Palo Alto Cortex JDRF, and Palo Alto XSOAR

• Administer Trellis epos, upgrade customer environments, check-in security packages, and push agents and security products to endpoints through epos console

• Collaborate with Applications teams & Infra/Desktop support teams on deployment and upgradation of agents on endpoints

• Recommend best practice Anti-Virus/Malware Services policies, maintenance, and optimization
