Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage Trellis EPOS systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Coordinate with product vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
- Develop and present regular reports on system performance, security, and maintenance activities.
- Manage platform maintenance, including patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain security solutions, including Rapid7 Insight VMB, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM.
- Strong knowledge of Trellis EPOS systems and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
