About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and efficient IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Trellis EPOS systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with product vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
  • Develop and present regular reports on system performance, security, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage platform maintenance, including patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain security solutions, including Rapid7 Insight VMB, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Trellis EPOS systems and endpoint security solutions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
