Join Our Team as a Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required, ensuring the security and integrity of our store.
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety, including spills, wet floors, and other potential hazards.
  • Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner, ensuring the well-being of customers and employees.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, providing valuable insights into store operations and security.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a talent for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor, with the ability to remain calm in high-tension situations.
  • Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
