Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Oversee project team members, ensuring task completion and maintaining effective relationships with clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Resolve issues, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • College or University degree in a relevant field, such as architectural technology, construction technology, or engineering technology.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong ability to develop and manage project budgets, mitigate and manage project risks, and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and clients.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

One or more of the following would be considered an asset:

  • Project Management Institute Accreditation or in progress.
  • LEED certification or in progress.
