Position Overview

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness of utensils and glassware
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas
  • Restock condiments and supplies at service stations
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items
  • Keep track of food inventory and usage
  • Prepare take-out orders efficiently
  • Portion and package food items as needed
  • Assist in preparing and finishing simple food items
  • Provide excellent customer service at counters and buffet setups
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability
  • Take and process customer orders accurately
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, including all surfaces and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely
  • Receive and organize supplies in storage areas
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
