Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Blenz Coffee GranDavie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports to management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement processes to maintain high standards.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
