Job Title: Coffee Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team at 49th Parallel Roasters. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
