Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient care patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) is an asset.
- Previous experience in acute care or inpatient settings is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
