Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Insite Construction Management. This role involves applying various finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality results in all projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

The position will require working at various locations, adapting to different project needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
  • Repair any cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabrics to walls.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, ensuring safety during operations.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to achieve desired finishes.
Equipment Proficiency

Familiarity with the following equipment is essential:

  • Airless spray equipment
  • Brush painting techniques
  • Conventional spray painting
  • Multi-ratio pump spraying
  • Patterned rollers
  • Roller painting methods
