We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Insite Construction Management. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- Operate airless spray equipment, brush painting, and conventional spray painting.
- Work with various materials, including wallpaper, paint, and finishes.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Flexibility and initiative to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A supportive work environment with mentorship programs for newcomers and refugees.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of communication.
