Position Overview

As a Concrete Finishing Specialist at Con Site Construction Limited, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in concrete finishing.
Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors on various sites, including roads, bridges, sidewalks, and curbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
  • Utilize power vibrators to compact concrete effectively.
  • Level the top surface of concrete according to specified grades and depths.
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as needed.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to ensure proper curing of surfaces.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore concrete surfaces.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
Materials Used

Work will involve various materials, including colors and sealers.

Travel Information

Travel expenses will be covered by the employer.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be physically capable of handling heavy loads.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Weight Handling

Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
