Job Title: Building Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Operator to join our team at 45006 Yukon Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of independence
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
