About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Analyst to join our team at TC Energy. As a key member of our security operations center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, facilities, and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to physical security alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts to ensure procedures are in place to protect personnel, facilities, and projects
  • Document and investigate incidents, including preparing and reviewing daily shift reports
  • Manage and escalate technical issues related to physical security assets
  • Support the development of response procedures and documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • Demonstrated computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
  • Knowledge of emergency management systems and ability to perform during high-stress events
  • Ability to work in a high-performance team environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field/discipline
  • 4 years' experience in security operations, emergency dispatch center operations, or a related corporate security role
  • Security Industry certification or an equivalent emergency management/dispatch designation
  • Working knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines, and industry best practices relating to security and TC business issues
