Nurse Care Specialist

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure Resident Safety and Well-being: Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring timely interventions and interventions to prevent harm.
- Manage Medications and Treatments: Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Develop and Maintain Care Plans: Create and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring resident-centered care.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams, addressing concerns and needs in a timely manner.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent, current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Skills and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, empathetic, and respectful approach to care, with a commitment to resident-centered care and a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
