We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our post-production efforts as the Head of Finishing. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the entire finishing process, from project inception to delivery, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals in the finishing department, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Establish and maintain best practices and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global competitiveness and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote our services and expertise.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • At least 10 years of experience in international feature film DI finishing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership experience in post-production, with a strong background in financial management and responsibility.
  • Able to drive department growth and expansion, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  • Deep knowledge of the US feature film and TV market, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in post-production workflows and technology, with a strong understanding of VFX integration.
  • Able to work autonomously, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.

Our Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 gross annual salary, as well as medical services and extended healthcare benefits.
