As a Senior Production Manager at AnalytiChem Canada, you will oversee the smooth running of production lines, optimize workflow, and meet production targets. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals.

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the different production areas and units.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Lead the production team, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Chemical Product Line Oversight

You will apply chemical knowledge to oversee the production of different products involving chemical processes, ensuring compliance with chemical safety standards. This requires collaboration with R&D and quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance

You will collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards in product quality, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry, or a related field, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a production management role, ideally within plastic injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset, and knowledge of warehousing and distribution management principles and practices is also desirable.
