Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Moga Concrete Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve construction processes and reduce costs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop construction team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Organized and team player.
Work Environment:
  • On the road job.
  • Permanent position.
  • 32 to 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
