Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor - Site Management and Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at JS SIDHU DRYWALL LTD. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Prepare and submit production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and requisitioning supplies.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff, and conduct related staffing actions.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that all projects are completed within budget.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
