You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant areas of the hotel.
Handling Payments and TransactionsYou will be responsible for receiving and issuing payments, as well as calculating billing charges.
Answering Phones and MessagesYou will be the primary point of contact for phone calls and messages, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Providing Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements- Education
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Personal SuitabilityYou must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have excellent time management skills.
ExperienceYou must be willing to train and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
Working ConditionsYou will work a regular schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work overtime as needed.
The working language is English, and you will be required to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
