About the Opportunity

Client Administration Services

  • Process premium and volume data from US, Canadian, and International clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Integrate new technology, tools, and processes into the Client Administration function to enhance efficiency, insight, and support for internal partners.

Oversee Experience rated refund positions and Funds Withheld positions, including:

  • Development of forecasts and accruals.
  • Analysis and reporting.
  • Explanation of trends and variances.

Maintain and monitor the Administration KPI report and highlight premium and inforce issues and opportunities to senior management.

Data Analysis

  • Use data mining, model building, and analytical techniques to improve the completeness, accuracy, efficiency, and usefulness of client-provided data.

Projects and Initiatives

  • Lead and contribute to projects as required by management to support the Division's strategy and operational plan.

People Management

  • Lead, support, develop, and coach a team of professionals to better support the evolving mandate of the Administration function.
About You

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in data analysis or financial analysis and reporting.

  • Experience supervising a team in achieving departmental or project objectives.
  • Experience managing financial operations in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining data analysis systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with senior management.
