Job Summary

Linds & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Accident Benefits Law Clerk to join its team. As a key member of our Insurance Defence practice, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and presentation of accident benefits cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brief and organize accident benefits file materials, including preparing medical briefs and summaries
  • Prepare OCF-18 outcome charts and monitor productions, responding to production requests as needed
  • Preliminary log note redactions and preparation for hearings and appeals, including document briefs and witness preparation
  • Updated briefing of productions received from opposing counsel and/or updated file materials from clients
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed 1300 billable hours
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Accident Benefits Law Clerk
  • Insurance Defence experience is a requirement for this role
  • Salary up to $60,000 to start, commensurate with experience
