Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Standards and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the management of systems that ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and business standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving operational improvement and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Layered Process Audit Program (MQS-03) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Populate departmental business data daily and monthly to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives (QOS)
  • Support the implementation and administration of IntellaQuest system modules, access permissions, and document control
  • Provide departmental training on IntellaQuest modules and create work instructions and instructional videos
  • Participate in special project work and kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as backup to Business Systems Supervisor for meetings, calls, and report outs
Divisional Compliance Support
  • Acquire and maintain Internal Auditor certification to support internal and external compliance audits
  • Conduct internal system audits and participate in manufacturing process audits
  • Assist with customer audits, assessments, and surveys
  • Participate in 8D problem-solving efforts to drive corrective actions
  • Identify risk factors and suggest solutions to mitigate them
MAFACT Support
  • Assist MAFACT Coordinator with reviewing and analyzing standard performance
  • Provide support to departmental champions to achieve MAFACT requirements and improve scores
  • Participate in MAFACT initiatives and projects to achieve compliance and operational improvement
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration
  • Previous experience in a compliance role
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in a production environment
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
