What You'll Do

Our Retail Store Associates play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and providing information on merchandise, prices, and promotions
  • Processing daily shipments and maintaining a well-organized warehouse area
  • Assisting with refunds, exchanges, and purchases while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Supporting Fitting Room duties and ensuring a clean and organized environment

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment

Hourly Range: $16.00 per hour*

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not reflect the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher depending on several factors.
