Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
