Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nisku Truck Stop. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
