Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead – Palliative Care Implementation and the Regional Implementation team
  • Assess and implement strategies for the effective execution of priority initiatives
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools
  • Track regional implementation status and suggest solutions for challenges
  • Support data gathering and analysis for quality enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists to facilitate educational and coaching opportunities
  • Ensure proper documentation and compile progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, health administration, or a related discipline
