The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to prevent infection and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for housekeeping operations.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing of linens and other textiles.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
