Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive RegTech strategy that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable technology solutions to support our RegTech capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Technology, to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of RegTech solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners to stay informed about emerging trends and requirements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance our RegTech capabilities.
- 15+ years of experience in delivering scalable technology solutions in a financial markets environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology delivery across multiple asset classes.
- Experience in data architecture and solutions, with a strong understanding of financial markets processes, systems, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams and internal partners to deliver high-quality products on time, within budget, and meet KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive strategy implementation by effectively working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
