Emergency Medicine Specialist

Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Physician to join our team. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency department on-call services and participate in regional emergency on-call services.
- Attend codes within the hospital environment and provide in-patient care.
- Participate in strategic planning and program development of emergency services, quality improvement, and safety activities.
- Utilize the emergency room in an efficient and optimized manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require a College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) unrestricted license and a fellowship in Family Medicine or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) specializing in Emergency Medicine. Membership in the credentialed staff of Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital is also required.
